1. Senior Officer – Quality Standards

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement airport quality standards, policies, and KPIs.
• Conduct quality inspections and internal audits.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with agreed service standards.
• Analyze customer complaints and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare audit reports and quality performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with ACI, ISO, ICAO, and IATA quality standards.
• Coordinate with airport operations and other stakeholders to enhance passenger experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Related professional certification is preferred.
• ACES (Airport Customer Experience Specialist) certification is an advantage.
• Six Sigma, Quality Auditor, or Quality Engineer certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

2. Senior Officer – AVP (Airside Vehicle Permits)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Airside Driver Permit (ADP) and Airside Vehicle Permit (AVP) processes.
• Inspect vehicles before granting airside access.
• Ensure compliance with airport safety and security regulations.
• Conduct airside inspections and maintain permit records.
• Administer driver examinations and maintain examination schedules.
• Prepare operational reports and statistical data.
• Coordinate with airport operations, safety, security, and logistics teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of CAR ADR and ICAO Annex 14.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in airside operations, aerodrome safety, or vehicle permitting.
• Experience with permit management systems.
• Valid UAE/GCC driving licence.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

3. Manager – Stakeholder & Administration

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Administration function for the Capital Projects & Construction Division.
• Develop and implement administrative policies and standard operating procedures.
• Manage facilities, office infrastructure, and refurbishment projects.
• Oversee vendor performance and service level agreements.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and resource planning.
• Build strong relationships with government entities and external stakeholders.
• Lead administrative teams and support organizational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 8–10 years of administrative experience.
• 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Strong experience in facilities management, budgeting, protocol management, and stakeholder engagement.
