About the Position

This position plays a critical role in maintaining pharmaceutical quality standards by leading validation and qualification activities throughout the facility. The successful candidate will work closely with Quality Assurance, Production, Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

The role requires strong technical expertise in validation processes, qualification protocols, documentation management, investigation handling, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute validation and qualification projects across the facility.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate qualification activities for manufacturing processes, equipment, utilities, facilities, cleaning systems, computerized systems, and hold-time studies.
• Develop and manage Validation Master Plans and Site Qualification Master Plans.
• Coordinate validation activities with Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, Engineering, and external contractors.
• Review supplier qualification documentation and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Prepare validation protocols, qualification documents, and technical reports.
• Analyze validation data and prepare final reports with conclusions and recommendations.
• Support root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure all validation activities comply with GMP requirements and internal quality standards.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Collaborate with process owners to implement validated procedures and operational improvements.
