Job Purpose

The E-Commerce Sales Specialist will support Emirates’ online sales growth strategy by improving digital booking platforms, online sales performance, and customer experience across Emirates.com and mobile applications.

The role focuses on enhancing digital distribution systems, improving conversion rates, analysing customer behaviour, and supporting online revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Online Sales & Customer Experience
