Electrical Technician
Specialization: Commercial Electrical Maintenance
Requirements:
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial electrical maintenance, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, commercial buildings, or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, lighting systems, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring schematics.
- Driving licence is an advantage.
AC Technician
Specialization: Commercial Air Conditioning Systems
Requirements:
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of VRF systems, AHUs, FAHUs, DX split units, cassette ACs, and other commercial HVAC systems.
- Experience in refrigerant handling, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Driving licence is an advantage.
Kitchen Equipment Technician
Specialization: Commercial Kitchen Equipment Maintenance
Requirements:
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong knowledge of gas, electrical, and mechanical kitchen equipment used in restaurants.
- Excellent troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
- Driving licence is an advantage.
