Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the automated inventory management system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular stock reports.
  • Handle the ordering, receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory record-keeping of products.
  • Optimize warehouse storage space for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory counting policies and procedures.
  • Store products according to company standards and supplier guidelines.
  • Process the timely receipt of goods and update inventory records accurately.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment when required.
  • Prepare and dispatch customer and internal orders efficiently.
  • Handle freight claims, shortages, damaged goods, duplicate shipments, and back orders.
  • Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation in accordance with inventory control procedures.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical devices, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or a related industry.
  • Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain management is preferred.
