Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the automated inventory management system.
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular stock reports.
- Handle the ordering, receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory record-keeping of products.
- Optimize warehouse storage space for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with inventory counting policies and procedures.
- Store products according to company standards and supplier guidelines.
- Process the timely receipt of goods and update inventory records accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment when required.
- Prepare and dispatch customer and internal orders efficiently.
- Handle freight claims, shortages, damaged goods, duplicate shipments, and back orders.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation in accordance with inventory control procedures.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical devices, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or a related industry.
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain management is preferred.
