- Collaborate with members of the Sales team to penetrate key markets.
- Be actively involved in Business Development and ensure sustained growth in business
- Maintain Customer Database and ensure effective Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure achievement of targeted Topline Revenue
- Assist the Accounts Department with follow-up on receivables as and when required
- Liaise with the Suppliers and efficiently manage the procurement process
- Ensure “Customer Delight” through impeccable service and high-quality products
- Present Sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to Sales Director
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Measure and influence Gulfa distributor’s productivity & competitors’ activities as well,

- Lead, motivate, and manage the 5G sales team to meet sales targets and ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (Both Volume and Value) for each team member.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets, increase customer acquisition, and retain existing customers.
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to sales representatives to improve performance and product knowledge.
- Oversee and optimize van sales routes to ensure maximum efficiency and coverage in potential areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
