Job Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring that all civil and MEP works are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and effective coordination with multiple teams on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities
- Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Interpret and implement technical drawings and project plans
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management
- Handle site issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain quality control throughout all stages of construction
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in civil and MEP works
- Valid UAE Driving License (Required)
- Strong knowledge of site supervision and construction processes
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000
