Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising medical claims while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cost control.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Reviewing medical claims to ensure medical necessity and cost effectiveness.
• Screening both electronic and paper-based claims.
• Detecting fraudulent or suspicious claim activities.
• Verifying policy coverage, authorizations, and policy conditions.
• Reviewing treatment necessity and CPT coding.
• Managing Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) related issues.
• Processing claim resubmissions.
• Coordinating reconciliation with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Supporting efficient claims management while maintaining high service standards.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• MBBS or an equivalent medical qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in TPA, insurance payer, or healthcare provider organizations.
• Experience in medical claims and pre-authorization processes.
• Strong understanding of UAE medical billing regulations and DRG systems.
• Knowledge of Medical Coding and CPT Coding.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
