Picker | MAF Retail | Supermarket (Express) – UAE
The Picker plays an important role in supporting online supermarket operations by accurately preparing customer orders while maintaining company quality standards. The position requires careful attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders by scanning products accurately.
- Perform quality checks on all selected items.
- Ensure products comply with company expiry date policies.
- Verify out-of-stock items with the department in charge.
- Report incorrect product selections or quality issues.
- Maintain an organized putaway area.
- Report operational issues such as incorrect product images, barcode problems, or system errors.
- Ensure all storage locations and crates have scannable barcodes.
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates interested in this role should meet the following qualifications:
- High School Certificate or Diploma.
- Minimum two years of experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail operations.
