Clinical Application Specialist – Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned TrakCare modules, particularly focusing on:
- Pharmacy
- Clinician workflows
- Nursing modules
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Providing Level I and Level II application support
- Troubleshooting daily application-related issues
- Managing user queries and workflow support
- Participating in implementation and configuration of new workflows and features
- Conducting end-user training sessions and workshops
- Managing master data based on organizational standards
- Handling integrations such as:
- Shafafiya
- NPCM
- FDB
- Managing reports and data requests
- Coordinating with application vendors for Level III support
- Supporting new functionality implementation and workflow changes
- Maintaining issue logs and providing updates to management
- Performing additional responsibilities assigned by supervisors
