Job Location
NGI Head Office, Dubai
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing client relationships within the medical insurance division
- Coordinating with insurers, TPAs, and healthcare providers
- Handling client inquiries, escalations, and service requests
- Monitoring service quality and client satisfaction
- Supporting onboarding processes for new clients
- Supervising and guiding client relations teams
- Ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare regulations including DHA and DHIC standards
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, insurance, TPA services, or client relations
- Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
2. Officer – Accounts (Reinsurance)

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Treaty and facultative reinsurance reconciliations
- RI settlement processing and allocations
- PPW and MDP settlement coordination
- Monitoring XOL recovery claims
- Financial posting and reporting
- Coordinating with underwriting and reinsurance teams
- Tax invoice management and billing coordination
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Accounting
- ACCA qualification is an added advantage
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Minimum 3 years of reinsurance accounting experience in the insurance industry
