Job Responsibilities

  • Support regulatory activities, including MOH submissions, dossier preparation, product classification, registration, renewals, follow-ups, regulatory reminders, and coordination with relevant authorities
  • Handle MOH import and export permits for medical products, ensuring timely approvals and full compliance
  • Handle renewal of MOH licenses and ensure continuous compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Serve as the MOH-licensed point of contact for inspections, ensuring full readiness for MOH inspections and maintaining all related licenses
  • Maintain strong working relationships with MOH import/export officers and ensure smooth communication with authorities
  • Communicate directly with manufacturers to obtain required regulatory and importation documents
