About the Role
As a Receptionist, you will play an important role in maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming communications, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting various departments with day-to-day office functions.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Managing incoming telephone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

- Coordinating appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.
