Role Purpose

- General ledger functions

Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Monitoring bank transactions, deposits, transfers, and balances.
- Preparing and assisting with monthly bank reconciliation statements.
- Maintaining petty cash records and processing reimbursements.
- Supporting official travel arrangements, including allowances, hotel bookings, and ticket coordination.
- Processing monthly Etisalat payments and reviewing billing accuracy.
- Assisting with revenue collection reports and electronic payment reconciliation.

- Performing additional finance-related duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of GRP Finance Management Systems covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.
- At least one year of professional experience in financial accounting or related finance functions.
