Accountant & Finance Controller
📍 Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing various financial and accounting functions, including:
Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Develop financial plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Cash Flow Management & Expense Control
- Manage daily cash flow requirements.
- Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
Revenue Analysis & Business Performance Monitoring
- Analyze revenue streams and financial performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities for improving profitability and operational efficiency.
- Support management with data-driven financial insights.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Generate Profit & Loss statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Provide accurate financial data to support strategic decision-making.
Compliance & Payroll Administration
- Handle VAT compliance and reporting.
- Manage TDS-related financial activities where applicable.
- Oversee WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance.
- Supervise payroll processing and related financial obligations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should possess strong accounting knowledge and practical finance experience.
Educational & Professional Requirements
✔ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
✔ Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and reporting requirements.
✔ Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
✔ Ability to prepare and interpret financial reports.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Software Skills
Candidates should have experience using one or more of the following accounting platforms:
- Tally
- Zoho Books
- QuickBooks
Additional experience with financial reporting tools and advanced Excel functions will be considered an advantage.
