Open Positions & Qualifications
Position: Custom Clearance Officer / Logistics Controller
Qualifications:
· Prior working experience in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah is mandatory.
· 3–4 years experience in logistics/shipping or customs clearance.
· Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
· Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email).
· Good English communication skills; Arabic language is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customs clearance for Free Zone, local, GCC, and export shipments.
· Prepare required documents: Bills of Entry, customs invoices, export/import documents.
· Coordinate and book shipments (land, sea, air).
· Track shipments and resolve delays or border issues.
· Ensure compliance with customs regulations and Letter of Credit requirements.
· Collect and verify shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Air way bill, Truck consignee note).
· Monitor customs duties and arrange deposit refunds.
· Maintain accurate records of shipments and documentation.
· Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, banks, and internal teams.
