The selected candidate will lead financial strategy and operations for a Medical Insurance TPA, ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare regulations while managing forecasting, payments, and financial performance.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and forecasting
- Oversee provider payments and claims alignment
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations (DHA, DOH, HAAD)
- Drive financial strategy and reporting
- Build and manage high-performing finance teams
🎓 Requirements
- Experience: 10–15 years in finance
- Leadership: Minimum 5 years in senior roles (health insurance/TPA)
- Expertise: UAE healthcare regulations & IFRS standards
- Qualifications: CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA preferred
- Skills: Strong leadership, analytical & strategic mindset
