Role Summary
As a Team Leader in Transport & Logistics, you’ll be responsible for leading the warehousing team to ensure efficient handling, picking, and dispatch of finished goods in line with company SOPs. You’ll coordinate Receiving & Dispatch shifts and ensure all warehouse operations run smoothly
Key Requirements
Ability to work under pressure and long hours in temperature-controlled environments
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar FMCG warehouse/logistics role
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Proficient with MS Office tools
Valid driving license
Strong people-management and interpersonal skills
