Founded in 1974 by entrepreneur B. R. Shetty, the organisation grew from a single clinic into a multinational healthcare and medical distribution group, once operating in 19 countries and managing more than 200 healthcare facilities worldwide.
At its peak, NMC Health was recognised as the largest private healthcare provider in the UAE, serving millions of patients annually and employing thousands of healthcare professionals across hospitals, specialty clinics, diagnostic centres, fertility units, long-term care facilities, and pharmacies.
Extensive Healthcare Network in the UAE
NMC Healthcare currently operates an extensive domestic network comprising around 70 medical facilities across the UAE.
